The maximum table booking and POW WOW is 20 people. Over 20 and it's now a function. Please see our functions page for more info.Make sure you've entered the minimum number of guests when booking to view all available package times. If a time isn't showing, it means that session is currently sold out.
For groups larger than 20, please contact our events team. We have a range of spaces and group options available for larger celebrations.
Absolutely. To pay on arrival please select the 'skip' button located on the bottom right of payment page.
Please note you will still need to confirm your booking with a credit card.We take a credit card to confirm your booking. We do not take or reserve any money on your card. However, if your group does not show for your booking or does not give a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel, we will charge $20pp.
We understand some people may not attend on the day, we will never charge for that.You will see we have the 'Original' and 'Dietary' menus. You can let us know when you arrive which you would prefer. If you have a specific dietary, let us know when you arrive and we will do our best to cater accordingly.
Our cocktail jugs are made fresh by our bartenders at the bar. You’ll find seasonal favourites like Pimm’s, Aperol Spritz, Classic Margarita and Summa Punch.
Each jug is designed to be easy drinking, made with a minimum of 4 shots per jug, and poured fresh so you can see exactly what’s going in.In line with RSA requirements, we can serve a maximum of one jug per two guests at any one time.
Loading drinks onto tables is not permitted and our team may remove excess drinks to comply with responsible service laws.
Simply book your package online and make sure your birthday falls within the same week.
Bring valid photo ID on the day and we'll take care of the rest.
You must have 6 or more in your group.
Valid for full POW WOW only.Yes. To redeem the Packages, everyone guest must participate in the same package.
For groups under 10, you are more than welcome to find your favourite seat on arrival. For groups over 10, we have allocated seating for you.
We always do our best to accommodate requests, but specific tables cannot be guaranteed as our system is automated.This shouldn't be a problem. We'll always try to fit in additional guests where possible, however this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Children must attend with their direct parent and do not require a package. We do ask that all minors remain supervised at all times and depart the venue by 8pm.
If you're running up to 30 minutes late, send us a text and we'll do our best to hold your booking. While we can't guarantee a much later arrival, we'll always try to accommodate where possible.
Yes absolutely. All cakes come with a $30 cakeage fee on arrival. This covers refrigeration, cake plate, knife, crockery, cutlery, napkins and clean up.
