Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern bookings and use of services provided by Summa House Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a booking or attending an event at Summa House, you agree to these Terms.


1. Bookings & Deposits

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Final guest numbers and event details must be confirmed within the timeframe advised by our team.

2. Payments

​

  • Full payment must be made in accordance with the agreed timeline.

  • Payments are processed securely via our approved payment providers.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment terms are not met.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

​

  • Cancellations must be received in writing.

  • Deposits are non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period and agreed terms.

  • In the event of government restrictions or circumstances beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule where possible.

4. Venue Rules


To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:

  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless agreed in advance.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner.

  • Guests must comply with all responsible service of alcohol laws and licensing requirements.

5. Liability

​

  • Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings while at Summa House.

  • We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury, except where required by law.

  • The booking party is responsible for any damage caused to the venue by guests, contractors, or suppliers engaged by them.

6. Use of Suppliers

​

  • All external suppliers (e.g. DJs, performers, decorators) must be approved by Summa House in advance.

  • Suppliers must comply with venue rules and safety requirements.

7. Privacy


Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy available at summahouse.com.au/privacy-policy.


8. Changes to Terms


We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on summahouse.com.au.
