You can either pre pay when you book or choose to pay on arrival. Payment can be made individually or as a group. If you wish to pay on arrival simply hit the 'skip' button when making your booking.
A credit card is required to secure the booking. No money is taken upfront. A $20 per person fee only applies if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours or the whole group does not show. This fee does not apply if one or two people are missing from your booking.
That's no problem at all. When you arrive, our friendly host will be able to assist.
You can also pay for your upgrade on the day.Everyone in your group must be on the same package to redeem it. No split packages or exceptions.
For non drinkers, the package includes a full range of mocktails.
Drinks cannot be shared outside your group. This will result in immediate removal with no refunds.
We follow Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. Service may be refused if you appear intoxicated.
POW WOW has a minimum of 4 guests. POW WOW Mini has a minimum of 2. The maximum group size is 20 guests. No exceptions.
For groups larger than 20, we can offer a similar package. Please visit our functions page to enquire.
To book, click the reservations button and enter your group size. Available times will appear. If your preferred time is not showing, it means we are fully booked for that slot.
All POW WOW seating is in Flamingo Isle. You are welcome to choose your seat on arrival. Groups of more than 10 will have designated seating.
All POW WOW bookings must be made online. Seating is automated and will be allocated on the day of your booking.
The package includes unlimited drinks for two hours.
We operate under Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines. To comply, we may pause or remove drinks if service exceeds safe limits, including more than two standard drinks per person at a time or more than one shared jug per two people.
Please choose drinks mindfully when booking. All carafes are made fresh in front of you and are measured to standard serve requirements. Each carafe contains four standard drinks.
Flavour profiles may taste lighter, but all drinks are served to the correct strength.
